Car shipment
The client needed to ship one car from Korea. We arranged a car carrier, export clearance and space on the vessel.
- Agreed on the sailing and collected the car
- We provided freight rates and sailing dates, then reserved space. While the client deregistered the car, we booked a carrier and agreed on pickup. On arrival at the quay, we sent the client a photo report.
- Prepared the documents and loading
- We collected the documents for the export declaration and sent them to our partners for processing. We prepared the bill of lading using the completed declaration. The car was loaded and secured aboard the vessel.
- Sent the bill of lading to the client
- After departure, we issued separate invoices for sea freight, the car carrier and the export declaration. The car could be collected at the destination port after unloading and payment of all invoices.
